Polarflash is made with micro nylon filaments tightly wrapped on each strand creating a strong fiber and great light diffusion - increasing sparkle and flash. It is excellent for wings, tails, ribbing and body materials.
Many tyers use polarflash in many of their streamer and baitfish patterns. We love the longer fiber lengths for flexibility in tying and for those longer flies.
