The RiverTek Midweight Series of underwear is designed specifically for fishing, utilizing multi-fabric construction to provide maximum performance and comfort. Note: Test your underwear and prove it to yourself. Take a water dropper and drop about 10 drops of water on the INSIDE of your underwear to see what happens. Within minutes your underwear should be dry inside (next to skin), and wet and spreading on the outside. If your underwear does not do this, it doesn't work! As you sweat, your body will work harder and harder, trying to heat not only your body, but all of your damp underwear and clothes as well! You need your first layer be a true working one-way check valve. Wicking sweat off of your skin and dispersing it on the outside to be transported and evaporated by your fleece layers and finally by your breathable waders.
We have found many unjustified ads showing diagrams of how competitors underwear ''wicks'', yet, when we tested them, they are as wet on the inside as on the outside during the water dropper test. The Simms Rivertek Series is the answer.
